It appears that argyle and yo-yo would just be happier if we all played video games until the world came to an end around us, because actually doing something might put us at risk of doing something wrong.

Let's just let the world go to hell in a handbasket because it feels good to do so.

No, yoyo, I know what you've said the first time. You didn't say find a better way to fight the war. You've said "let the Iraqi people do it themselves" which shows you don't give a fuck about them and their well being at all, it's just an excuse for you to talk shit about the one you hate, which is Bush and his Administration. You would use anything you can think of to try to get him. You don't care about what the right thing to do is or responsibility. You rather kick back, turn on the TV, believe what you want to, and talk shit!

We've brought peace and happiness to the land of Iraq and all it's people! Hooray! Ignore anything that says otherwise, especially people who live there and are in the news!!!! They are liberal brainwashers!!!

Right.. you are fine with the fact that your children will be paying for this, you condone women and children dying, you're fine with the fact that your president lied to you, you have no problem knowing that iraq is heading to civil war, you are fine with the fact that katrina victims are being kicked out of their motels, you are fine with the fact that gas prices have skyrocketed and are predicted to raise even higher, and you say I want the world to goto hell in a handbasket?

One at a time, yoyo. It's better to take your time and do things right, than follow in the footsteps of your French and German friends who just sit on their asses and are happy that there are people like you fighting the US and everything it stands for from within. Get a clue, dude!

Little help here, aren't we now contributing the most to hunger, malaria prevention/treatment, and aids prevention/treatment ever in American history? Also, funding the majority of those programs verses the rest of the world?

I thought I heard that on CNN couple years ago.

Millions still starved to death [partially] because we failed to help. The cost of the Iraq war could have fed them all for the next 20 years..

I'm sure Osama was thinking the same thing about Americans around 9/11. That line of thinking wasn't right then and it's not right now. But, feel free to continue to justify it. From his perspective, I'm sure he feels he is in the right. That doesn't make it so.

To those who justify the Iraq war by saying that bad things were going on over there that needed to be stopped...
Bad things are also going on in Africa, China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, South America, Mexico, Central America. I guess you've got your work cut out for you. By the time you mow down all those people and places, how many of you are going to be left? Presumably, you're going to lose a few people along the way, especially in China. I'm not justifying Sadam's actions here. Just thinking of your well being and the task ahead of you.

What's that, you say? Iraq wasn't about bad boy Sadam? It was about bringing freedom to Iraq? OK. Same list...Africa, China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, South America, Mexico, Central America. These places could also use a little "sprucing up". They need some more democracy over there too.

Maybe not, huh? Yeah, I don't blame you guys. China's probably going to be a tough nut to crack! ;)

OK. Maybe you "brought the war on terror to Iraq". Iraq needed to be "cleansed" of terrorists. Well, when do the first wave of US troops arrive in Chechnya? There's terrorists there too, ya know. Wouldn't want to play favourites with the ones in Iraq. Spread some "military love" around a bit.

OK. So, maybe it wasn't that. Maybe Iraq was just a general threat that needed to be nipped in the bud. But, now, with the way it went down, the "nipping" part of the operation got a lot of bad press around the world. Now, there are many more anti-US sentiments out there among the nations of the world. So, I guess that means many more countries are now a threat. Are you going to bomb them alphabetically? In order of GDP? Closest ones first?

Or, was it that you guys went to Iraq to "defend" yourself. There have been rumours that your next "defensive" move will be into Iran, because of their nuclear program. After Iran, where will your defensive posture take you next? (I'm reminded of that Microsoft slogan... "Where do you want to go today?") Will you, then be defending yourselves in China? Or would you prefer to start defending yourselves somewhere easier, like, maybe, Columbia? Yeah, maybe you should start your "defense" in Columbia and "defend" the US all throughout South America. Then you can continue on "defending" yourselves right through Central America and Mexico. That way, you will be sufficiently protected against the tyranny of the West. Then you will be in a great position the launch a "defensive" attack against China.

Forget about Bush. Forget about anti-US versus pro-US statements. Forget about Iraq. Forget about everything. Most people outside the US see a very aggressive posture that they don't like. And, if it were any country other than the USA, Americans would have gone in and bombed it long ago.

I'm sure Will is not going to like it, but who gives a sh*t? It's Will. :D

Sad thing is, the others are not allowing for the possibility that you (and people like you) can see what's down the road for the USA. I'm sure you're acting in the the best interests of your country, as you should. They don't see it that way.
