Sure, on the main page you press "New! .asia" You come to the following page: https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/tlds/asia.asp?tld=asia&ci=10002 Press "Domain FAQs" (located on the bottom) Press "What is the process for registering .asia domains?" It is a popup window so i can not give a direct link to it. But hope you find it with this explanation.
thanx for this buddy, and i will talk one more time with wildwestdomain. my site is www.adomaindeal.com, i m reseller of godaddy. anyway i will talk tomorrow again and ask abt this faq page.
Please do so, it is a little alarming that we have mixed messages here from different parts of godaddy. Could mean a lot of money lost for a lot of people.
FYI I just got the following message for 3 of the domains i have ordered at EuroDNS The money for these has now been refunded to my EuroDNS account.
There have been several periods before where companies or celebrities could register their name. The 3 that were registered now could easily have been registered in one of these periods. EuroDNS has some small problems with showing if they are registered before or not.
nope i have 123 reg domain names aswell but as far as i have seen they dont do .asia domains - just thought i would share the deal that i found with you .
Sorry, but that was not the right answer. Mods, please check steveno2008's IP address and see if it belongs to Mesh Digital. Once you've determined that it does indeed belong to Mesh (and you will - if you don't, if they wised up and started using proxies, PM me and I'll share details), take a look at the following page: http://www.meshdigital.com/domains/ - I've included a screen shot to save people the trouble. I really tried to put my enquiry nicely, and I tried to imply as best as I could without outright saying it that I had information. So here's the problem. You're writing from Mesh Digital, the owner of DomainMonster.com, pretending to be completely unaffiliated and pretending to be no more than a customer. Now, how are we supposed to believe we can trust DomainMonster.com when your marketing is based on misrepresentation and deceit?
hey buddy what u saying. if this guys is lyeing then i m lossing a big amount as i ordered many domain name on domainmonster.com but domainmonster is look like reputed company and big like godaddy in uk, i don't thinks so for a small amount they can cheat us. anyway i have to talk with domainmonster what's going on there.
I'm not saying you are going to lose money. I have no way of knowing this. I am saying their marketing is deceptive and based on a lie. What you do with this information is up to you. I don't know the distinguishing visual characteristics of a "big like godaddy" domain registrar - big, small, legit or not, most look like decent sites to me. I only know the distinguishing characteristics of a company that shills. Please do. This is an unscrupulous marketing practice, and I would strongly suggest they own up immediately and start doing business right. It's not too late to turn things around. Don't dig the hole any deeper. Own up while the marketing campaign is young.
answer from GoDaddy Thank you for contacting online support. Yes if you do not capture the domain using our services we will refund the registration cost of the domain. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions. Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way. Code (markup): answer from DomainMonster Thank you for choosing Domainmonster.com During this initial phase of land rush (24 hrs) all applications are non-refundable. We've gone to great length to make this as clear as possible and as part of the checkout page we make you tick the confirmation box to confirm you have read the terms of application. This information is shown in the yellow box on the checkout screen. The registry closes its doors on 12th March 2008 to this stage of Landrush. ONLY at this point will you know if your Domain has gone to auction or not. You are NOT able to enter the auction once its been declared, they are closed auctions to all those that have applied during the landrush period (If more than one applicant). On or by 12th March, if a domain is available then it is yours to have, so long as you either a)are the only entrant and then the registration cost is the only cost or b) there are multiple entrants and you are prepared to be the highest bidder, as someone will be, even if for $15. Past this stage then the registry will re-open again on 26th March for general registrations on a first come first served basis. Clearly, we expect the majority of good names to be gone during the Landrush stage. This is a non-refundable process simply because we have costs involved in processing your application to either enter the auction or get the domain (If you are the only person). We have taken the approach of being the cheapest on the web, but upfront with payment and non-refundable. There are other providers that will defer your payment until you are declared in the auction or the domain is yours, but ultimately it will be one of those at this stage, so you are going to get charged, just in a week or twos time. In all of these cases, the deferred payments are many times more than our upfront, but non-refundable charge. Most registrars are doing the same as us, albeit we are exposing the fact that this process is non-refundable with our basket message, rather than burying it in our terms and conditions.
