It's doing well, even before the update. However, of course, I was looking forward to good results from the update so that those who judge by PR will have a visual.

How long does this thing last? I'm showing a pr 4 in three datacenters and 5 in ten... my site was a pr five? I hope it stays that way.

Google directory is a scale of 8, so you kinda have to extrapolate...

Now when this happened to me last update (see my earlier post, and the links to another thread) I was expecting a 6 or 7. I got a 5 on the home page, and a 6 on a page with no external incoming links. The Google directory re-updated to show 50% green bar, a 5 in TBPR.

This bugged me, but I had written it off as the need to quit the iterations that calculate PR a bit early for Jagger or some other reason. At least the 6 was there, on my site, and not on some 302 redirect adsense pushing scraper like had happened to me previously. Google was fixing something, Matt Cutts had posted some stuff about canonicalization and fixing 302's, it was a small sacrifice for what is a major problem when you think about how the interlinking of sites could be affected by some getting hijacked...
But why go back and change the directory???

This could be a sign of something seriously wrong.

www.milliondollarhomepage.com is at PR7 - kinda surprised this didn't go to PR8 given that pretty much everyone in the world wrote about it and linked to it.

Aaaah, crapola, my PR went from PR4 to PR3 even though I've been busting my hump getting more backlinks, exchanging, submitting to directories, and putting keywords, tags, etc.

The Man is trying to keep me down!

Like many others, I'm seeing new sites with no PR get a little bit of PR on a couple of datacenters. And I haven't even tried to SEO them yet :)

I think we all getting lower/unsatisfied PageRank. Google must have modified their algorithm.. spiced it up alittle.

Noticing PR changes on those DCs and within the Google Directory :)

Strange though; Mcdar is showing PR of 3 for me, and Google Directory is showing PR5, for a site that was PR0... Gotta wait till the smoke clears.

Yup, PR updated. All my websites PR's are better/stable, some dropped too, but that's okay. Part of the game :)
