    & yes when the accounts are banned the money is refunded to the advertisers

    I think Google is very generous with a payout of 78% or so. Anyway, they will be earning billions as the web advertising is set to soar over the next few years. Many global corporations are cutting down on traditional advertising methods (print,TV, radio) to increase ad spend on the web. Great news for us all.

    Google makes almost half their income from Adsense. And they do refund the advertiser if a site gets banned. I have never received a refund out of adwords for bad clicks but one of my friend who also use adwords was given a refund because 142 clicks were bad.
