For this foolish member "vasukinv" i lost $100+ & even my yr old MB verified account

I exchange 100MB with egold and paypal with vasukinv on this thread.

He sent me 100MB. I sent him egold and paypal. He recieved all fine. Then he sent me MB with writing note "for exchnage with paypal and e-gold"

I recieved those money in my MB and after that MB closed my account saying that due to this transfer note they closing my account. Cause due to this note they think my account violetes their ToS section 6-12, 12.1 and 12.2. So they closed my account with all money.

After this i tried to contact him. Cant find any way. I sent him abt $87 in paypal. I could issue charge back, bt i waitied to talk with him. I yet not issued any charge back. Today i find him on yahoo, i told him abt this.

He dont even agree that its his mistake, he dont know this rule and he think i should teach him this before the transaction. I would leave all this but for his lack of knowledge and foolish note i lost all. And he even dont feel sorry.

Now u guys tell me what should i do to him? should i issue despute in paypal and charge back? as he dont consider his fault and what even the process i was scammed by him, so should not he be Banned from here?
Tell me ur oppinion.

 

Its not your job t o teach him before the transcation, its his fault and he gotta fix it up or else you should report.

 

I too think it was not his fault. I bet you too did not knew that currency exchange was against the MB ToS right? However, money loss is very bad and I know what it is to lose $100, because I know the value of a single dollar (not from economical point of view, but from living standarts of mine).

The only think you could do is to contact MB kindly and ask them to cancel this account and you can reopen it, but forget about any existing money you had. Forget about the money you sent to the DP member too.

 

you will recieve an infraction for posting it here..just report him to the mods
when i was scammed they banned the user in minutes,just pm some mod telling what happened

 

It is you own fault! You did a transaction that was about the rules of both MB and Paypal, you get what you get. If you do a chargeback in Paypal, it could result in the same thing for both of you there too.

The mods will not ban someone for this. The guy paid him and they both broke the rules of the services they used. The mods do not ban because both the members were stupid!

i thinks you need contact mod for this . and may be you need report fault with paypal . and you also open a paypal dispute. for this case .. fault. .. you will get your paypal after 60 days .. (very long ) . best you tell him for a full refund . noitice him. . . Please Mod help ....

You should have warned him not to put anything in the message. Most eccurrency companies hate exchange. Try to warn him again incase of next time.If he is a newbie, then dont bother doing charge back! Sorry it happened though.

 

definitely his fault i think. I think vasukinv should try its best that you get your money back

 

yups, I thought you should contact MB. but forget about any existing money you had, because you have been assumed violetes their ToS

 

I definitely think that the exchanger is not a scammer, since he doesn't get the MB money back to his account, so why he should get your PayPal back. In he does, he gives you free money and he gets nothing. I would do the same if I was in his place, but I would definitely NOT put any message for the transaction, saying "look MB, I didn't even read your rules!".

 

I agree that its his fault . whenever somebody do exchanges through MB /EG/PP they knew that it is against TOS and must be careful .
He must be banned as it seems he write the exchange word intensionally

 

Those who think abt ToS violation plz ask mod to close almost all buy sell general section there is almost all exchnage post. We even hav sticky how to do (Violating) exchange, right?

main thing is we do exchange here,and I was trying to get all money in one MB account so that i could breing my earning home. ANd i lost all.

 

I have been asking DP that for a long time! It is against MB and Paypal Terms of Service and that is why your account was suspended. You knew the risk when you started doing these trades. You take the risk a long with the reward. You got caught and now you are faced with the consequences.

 

You've been scammed. Theres' alot of scammers here on DP and you should have done your research on him before purchasing what you did. But in the end, he should not have done what he did. I'm not really sure what can be done about it other than contacting MB.

It's just as much YOUR fault as his/hers because you are supposed to know what you are and aren't allowed to do with your MB account.

You shouldn't have traded. Be more careful next time and don't ever keep much money in your account.

 

Take it as a learning experience. He don't feel guilty because he knew what he was doing, and once you learn from it, you will learn it is a cold, cold, cold world and everyone is self-centered selfish and not worth trusting liars unless proved otherwise.

 

You can tell that you received taht $100 MB as some kamikaze and somebody wrote it there purposelly ..
Say thm that they can keep that $100 as you dont know who it is and maybe you get your account back.
But chances are low

Sory but that serves you right for doing exchanges (wich are ilegal or agains rules )
