Valid points. My idea of selling this and others similar to this is to make some quick money. Effort is involved in reaching the figures quoted on the web page and I, at this point of time, am not prepared to put in that much effort due to my regular job.

So if you are good at internet Marketing and can drive some potential buyers of the package to the site, it's quite possible to make a sale.

There's no compulsion that you buy the site. Buy it if you find it potentially revenue generating

oldcrowe: Not everyone (the visitors of the site and the potential buyers) gets a thought that they should search on ebay. If you have decent marketing skills, you could for example, talk to folks in your neighborhood who wants to start making a living online and tell them about the site (& the product) and generate good sales.

The information could be everywhere. It's how you make the most of it.
