Why are you so sure it's deindexed?
    Is it a new site?

If it's a new site...have patience and wait for some days. Publish quality content and re-submit to Google only if Google does not indexes you within 1-2 weeks. :) (Same tip if it's old)

if you can then at least give the site name, so that someone can help you, without the name how can anyone help you.

Try searching for your domain name. Does that bring up your site or it brings up some other site that has content similar to your site. Did you see anything in the HTTP CRAWL statistics?

did you buy all the links, as I see it coming from handfull of sites only... and another problem is your site is showing youtube content only, so may be that's why it could be de-indexed manually when someone reported it to google.

On the dashboard of the webmaster tool you have several links at the right side of the screen. There should be a link 'messages'. You didn't receive a message in there ?

    Ketan9,
If I look in Firefox with the seo quake toolbar the whole domain has 22,900 backlinks and 5,280 backlinks to his home page so backlinks is not the problem.

I think that he is banned for another reason. maybe the youtube like you say.

but the links are from 3 or 4 sites only. And those are proxy, and directory template links. Essentially, this means no backlinks.

However, I agree he is banned..

Your site is banned because it's an automated site that just collects RSS feeds from other sites = duplicate content. The same thing happened to my 3 domains on which I run autoblogs.

deriklogov - This doesn't appear to be an issue of duplicate content, but rather a lack of content, period. Ask yourself the question that google asks - how do users benefit from being directed to this web page? What unique & valuable content can be found there? You need at least 300 - 500 words of unique & useful text on each page, if you hope or expect to get indexed again. Once this has been added, ask for re-inclusion thru webmaster tools.

    Good luck

deriklogo, it looks the site was spammed; I have decided to research for reasons your site could be banned, and I see hundreds of thousands of mentions for the site, and that is a lot especially for 5 month old automated site that copies content from youtube.

Here is a search that shows over 700,000 websites with results for your site:
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="www.cliparound.com"&btnG=Search
Google don't like the combination of automated + spammed sites, so it is obvious you are banned. A angry webmaster/member most likely reported the site to google.

I don't understand people who report that stuff to google, if we will make those reports for selling links, automated sites and everything else than we will kill ourselves. Like somebody will report about me, than I will report about third person ? Is that worth to do that ? Do we made our life easier with those reports ?

I don't think someone must have reported it. Googlebot can recognize duplicate content even without reporting, can't it?

The site appears to pull content from Youtube. Every word describing the video is word for word. In addition, the page title appears a little odd (e.g. it appears as "guitar watch .... Youtube videos").

It happens all the time. The main reason is maybe because it is automated and duplicated content.
