    What is this?

Are you providing links to prove that Bush is not truthful and USA is losing the war? I am happy that they found the weapons cache but how is that going to change anything? How many weapons cache and tunnels did they found in Vietnam before they had to run away?

I think your links are good example that shows the war is not near the end and it can only get worse. ;)

I've read and read hrb. I've copied your quotes directly. You have done so and your own words clearly show you have. There is no question that you have stated you do not believe the president did anything unconstitutional. I even showed one of those instances, along with the others where you suggest he has. They are your words quoted, not mine. Are you disputing your own words?

Please tell me you're not serious as I'll have a whole lot more respect for you in debating if you do..

You have combined quotes from 2 seperate arguments which I have stated over and over and over and over and over x10 now....

#1 is the dispute of Mia's post which continued
    #2 is the Bush issue...

Hint constitutional issues I speak of being broke in your quotes were from Clintons!!!!!!!!! Of the discussion we were still speaking of from Mia's post, from your link!!!!!!!!

Your own quotes show me talking about Bush stating I DID NOT FEEL HE BROKE THE CONSTITUTION from what we know!!!!!!!!

    I don't think so. ;)

    Yes hrb, I am serious.

    From your post:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=516523&postcount=3706

This was not related to Mia's post. In fact, just under your comment above in the post, you even make reference to other presidents. This was not in the context of Clinton.

    From this post:

You've never been one to pride yourself on going after terrorists. Even when it is constitutional ;)

Gtech we were discussing both issues at once  if you can't even distinguish between the two, especially after I've told you what at least a dozen times now that they were for the 2 issues there realy is no point in debating as it's painfully obvious that you'll simply make it up as you go along.

I am going to hope yet again you reread the posts so you can realise it was 2 different arguments going on, if you got lost please reread so you can be found, I wont hold my breath though.

in addtion to 2 seperate arguments going on, you had a problem with me wanting the full story and the almighty 'if' statement, of which you showed you give a president a blank check, of which I do not.

    sigh...........................................................................................................

My pleasure! Let me put your question into the gputz bot I've been working on and let's see what it comes up with. . . . . . . . . .

I don't think you have learned anything, may be it is time for you to go back to school.

hmm, I still need to fine tune the AI interface a bit. Speaking of, lots of new material to gather for the bot!

He is answering both your arguments, you just don't notice it. He will defend Bush independent of if it was foreign spying, domestic spying, foreigners, American citizens, constitutional or unconstitutional.

He has previously stated that he has no problem with torturing American citizens or imprisoning them without due process, what makes you think that he will be against spying on American citizens without warrant?

Turn him in as a member of Osama's gang. They'll ship him off to Cuba without so much as a question being asked and he can sit there for 3 years without a trial, all the while singing Bush's praises. :D

Actually, I was able to distinguish between them fine and apparently your posts that I quoted indicated you were able to as well. I didn't make up your words, or your responses, you did. I've simply highlighted them and am fathomed that you risk any credibility you may have by being in a perpetual state of denial. I thought you were better than that. My intention is not to make an enemy, nor to "harass" you. I fully expected you knew what you were doing and had no idea you would resort to such levels of denial, even when directly quoted. You made it personal when you suggested I was lying, and still suggesting such, when I've directly quoted your posts with links to them, in the context you made them.

    Talk about a sigh..............................................................

I have made no such statement. You are disappointed that your friend, Jose Padilla - an alqaida terrorist, is locked up where he should be. Just because you support terrorists, doesn't mean we all do.

He can be a terrorist, pedophile, bank robber, homosexual, having sex with a cow, the worst scum of the earth and he is still an AMERICAN CITIZEN.

Is there anything in US Constitution that implies the constitutional rights only applies to certain people and not others?

It is just so funny that you don't even dare to state your true ideology and admit openly that you don't give a damn about Constitution. ;)

Is there anything in my (not your, as you are not an American citizen and only have regard for the best interest of terrorists) constitution that says that members of al qaida have rights? Imagine that, a non-US supporter of terrorists who is disgrunteled that a member of al qaida is off our streets and couldn't blow up our country. That makes me very happy gworld :D

I didn't have to answer gworld! I already knew you were seething about your terrorist buddy, Jose Padilla. Who else would defend a member of al qaida like you?

Is there anything in constitution that states an AMERICAN CITIZEN loses his rights if he is member of al qaida, terrorist, pedophile, bank robber, homosexual, murderer or the worst scum of the earth ?

What rights do al qaida terrorists have, gworld? What rights do al qaida members have, that you feel were violated? Is there anything in my (not your, as you are not an American citizen and only have regard for the best interest of terrorists) constitution that gives rights to members of al qaida? You seem so disappointed that terrorists were caught. Gee, I can't imagine why :D

Perhaps you should compile a list of all the rights you would like your friends to have. Here, I'll help you get started :D

    1. My terrorist buds have the right to blow up any country, including the US with a reasonable expectation that they can get away with AND conduct more operations.

    2. My terrorist buds should have respect. They are humans with feewings too and just because they want to saw your head off doesn't mean you cannot be nice to them.

    3. My terrorist buds would like to participate in welfare programs so they can save up money to buy explosives. Just because they are terrorists doesn't mean they cannot benefit from the rights of others when it comes to gov'ment cheese programs.

    4. My terrorist buds should be granted spy free satellite phone service so that they can stay in touch with with their brethren. They also should qualify for a "friends and family" phone plan at the expensive of the governement.

    5. My terrorist buds should have the right to bear arms, including ak-47s, surface to air missles, armor piercing rockets, .50 calibers machine guns and other such necessary equipment, mounted on gun racks in the back of their Toyota Landcruisers without being looked at suspiciously by "ignorant Americans."

    6. My terrorist buds should be able to saw off heads of others at their pleasure. While it may be frowned upon by some, this is a tradition that is dear to their hearts and it violates their beliefs in doing so.

    7. My terrorist buds should be afforded the most expensives lawyers in the event they get pulled over while tossing grenades into evil Churches on Sunday.

8, My terrorist buds should have the right to go off to a foriegn country to train as members of al qaida and come back to the US to carry out operations without reasonable suspicion that while they were at terrorist training camps, they were doing anything more than knitting sweaters for Jews.
