I've been using this host now for a week, and all their services are as advertised. C-panel and Fantastico are an easy way to handle content, and everything seems to work well. Support is excellent, my tickets and PMs were answered within a couple of hours.

I've only used it a week, so I can't say anything definitive about uptime, but my (free) Service Uptime statistics show 98% uptime after some downtime last night.
