Too bad none of the candidates support Iran, Islam, honor killings, and other fun stuff. They always have to support the facking jooz.

We aren't going to nuke anyone unless we are in big trouble like we were during WW2 with Japan. We aren't going to just start nuking people for no reason.

An aside, really, but ly2, this is a misreading of the facts. Big trouble with Japan, in 1945? How much of this history have you read?

    Arguable at best.

Yes, how naive can you get? Come back to reality man. This world doesn't run under a 'rule system' that you think of. There are harsh realities that everyone needs to face > nuke is one of them.

If it was just Japn, no. But we had other stuff going on.
Think about today, what if we went to war with China, then all the sudden Russia and Iran attacked us.

Japan wanted conditions what else could we have done?;)

Also Im not really naive, as much as Id love to be, and fully understand the irrationality that is government even more the US government as all the "bad" leaders were freely elected while at least in dictatorships or theocracies the general populace didnt have a choice.

But we didn't have "other stuff" going on. Germany was defeated. Japan had been pushed back to its core island. We didn't even wait to see the effect of Soviet Union entry into the war against Japan; promising to do so 90 days after VE day, Russia honored the commitment - but we dropped the first bomb, August 6, 1945, knowing full well the USSR was on board. And the USSR entered on schedule (to the day), August 8, exactly 90 days post VE Day.

I think, personally, one main reason we used the bomb was as a demonstration effect against Stalin's USSR. The need for the bomb regarding Japan itself has been hotly debated, with even Macarthur dubious to the 11th hour.

Sorry, I don't want to derail the thread, but I think if you're going to use a point, you should do so with the correct information.

but I Read somewhere, I forget that the US used the bomb to reduce more casualty in their side.
to defeat japanese, they much launch an infantry to many japanese city, and the japanese will not surrender that easy.
the US want to quickly end the war, and the cost is devastating.
they didn't realise how powerful the atomic bomb is until they droped them in hiroshima and nagasaki.
thousands or even millions people, men, women, old, children, babies they ALL dead. Many more live with radiations.
after we learn the lesson from hiroshima and nagasaki, only sick people will use the atomic / nuclear bomb.

This is the part that was, and remains, hotly argued. I invite you to read the history, as it is voluminous and beyond the scope of this forum.

All I gotta say is, someone nukes an islamic country, terrorism will go through the roof. It`s a lose-lose proposition for the US.

You`d think our great leaders would have some better tricks up their sleeves than invasion or nuclear warfare. Any idiot could exercise those strategies.

Why would I give you a break? LOL! Why do you rolleyes all the time? Got nothing to say do you? Israel is a THREAT and it will remain a THREAD unless the whole world knows what Israel has and still continues to have. It's being funded left and right from non other than the beautiful country, America. She be using the blood of American soldiers for profit, and Americans just follow the lovely tune she plays. I tell ya, Zionists love people like you, free publicity.. When will you wake up? When a state is nuked? Oh wait, you have nothing to worry about, Israel is there to "protect" you.

I would get my information from reliable sources before gaining an opinion of someone. Information Clearing House .INFO? That doesn't fit the bill of a site I would believe. I hate hillary clinton, but my reasons against here are backed.
