    I had used their hosting for a while, and then the next month I decided to switch to my own dedicated server.

    I forgot to cancel my PayPal subscription and hence it automatically paid for the account. I wrote a ticket to the billing department for a refund but it's been more than one month now, no refund, no reply, nothing, absolutely nothing.

    When I try to speak to the guy on MSN, no reply as usual.

    Their hosting is good, their billing/support isn't is what I'd say.

    Thanks for your comment, as i said for jacob too in earlier thread, you have to cancel your hosting before the due date, its inserted in the TOS and you accept our tos when you order the package. I wont say its an idea like a moron, but its really trolling to answer the same thing all time. If you haven't liked our hosting just open a ticket in the "Dispute Department", they will do an immediate refund for you, but when you talk against our TOS, i m sorry to say, i cant agree with you.

    And unfortunately i didn't hear anything from you in msn after the subscription cancelled. You were hosted with us for more then 4 months or more i expect with 4 hosting packages (as far i know), and never heard you didn't like our hosting service, even if we see your reply history, its easily knockable that your overwhelming replies in our threads as the "Best Proxy Hosting Ever" :) . So just expect we are really the best who is surviving till now by providing the best service in the market. Certainly we do care about our TOS, which you might not, but we have cause we have a law department to implement the laws for our customers at a best compliance manner. :)

    Well I do not know what happen with you but before two months when I sold prx.in, I also did like you (canceled subscription) and as usual its automatic process so Paypal took $10 from my account but I got refund within a one day by writing mail. I really admire their hosting and support.

    I'm a current customer of Hagio Host and I'd like to say that their service is really great. I've been with them for probably a couple of months, and their speed and service is great. In the beginning, when I submitted support tickets, all of them were answered within 10 minutes. And I probably sent around 20.

    Great speeds, great hosting, great rate.

    WARNING:

    At least 2 of HagioHost's servers are down. Try to visit any of the websites mentioned above. None of them work. Even the stats at the top of the page for servers 2 and 3 (where I think I am hosted---one account on each) don't even show up. This isn't just one of their servers but at least two of them as I have accounts on two separate servers.

    Grandy, the user promoting this service is no where to be found. Totally disconnected from his/her customers and no responding to any emails, PMs, etc.

    Try to ping their servers....You can also use www.freesitestatus.com and they will check if the servers are up or down from 9 locations around the world.

    It appeared at first to be a DNS problem but even my off-network DNS servers pointed to my domains with an "A" record are timing out and thus not-connectable.

    Of course grandy has not been around at all to answer PMs, emails (if he can even get into his email), or deal with this issues.

    I wouldn't post something publicly like this but the servers have been down FOR HOURS and not even so much as an email with some sort of explanation. I don't think I'm being unreasonable.

    I have attached a screenshot. Check the screenshot, DC disconnects the server when you leave their desk, with a misunderstanding, i m trying my best to solve it, but cant do anything till their accounting comes online.

    I m sorry for the issue, but really cant do anything else here.

    I dont think you guys should get furious about this. This is really rare and doesnt happen usually. Hagio is best known for its uptime.

    Both of my sites are down, but I am hoping that they will be able to fix it pretty soon :)

    Ya, but when is hagiohost going to be online? Called USA number, noreply. I have 10 sites with them and all 10 of them are down. What gives? I am losing $$$!!! It's been over 12 hours since they've been down. Not sure if I can wait or change to another hosting service.

    I agree with Alokito. Sorry about the situation and I will remain hosting with you. After all, never had problem before. Just got upset, that's all. Again I apologize and thank you at the same time for having those servers up and running too. I guess you lost revenue too when your hagiohost web site was down. Oh well, I guess we all lost a bit of something. Anyways good luck with your service. I am a believer of your support too.

    UPDATE:

    HagioHost's servers are back online. It seems that the problem was out of their control and their datacenter shut off the servers because of an accounting misunderstanding. I have had the same problem (with a different datacenter) and the root of the cause is using paypal. So we can all blame this server outage on paypal. This was actually probably the fastest this sort of issue can be resolved.

    HagioHost has said that they are going to stop using paypal to pay their datacenter so this sort of issue should never happen again.

    May this be a lesson to all of you to STOP USING PAYPAL!

    Although they experience some downtime, I think overall hagiohost does a very professional job. I mean, how many proxy host sites are there that will host proxies and for such a reasonable price? Glad to see grandy is trying hard to accomodate everyone. Again I apologize to you, grandy. Glad to see you're on top of everything. Also, thank you for clearing up some of those invoices for me. Will continue to do business with you.
