Mr. Astire the debate is about status of minorties in India and Pakistan. Look yesterday itself we had a Muslim elected as Vice President of India. Can you imagine a non muslim becoming a superstar in Paksitan. Look we have Sharukh Khan , Salman ...and others . We have Katrina, Zia Khan , Tabu , Dia Mirza and some semi porn female Khans too.......We have not even asked them to change their names. We have even accorded welcome to pakistan stars like zeba Bakhtiyara and all these singers . Can you imagine this . My point is minorities if they don't wag their tale here are treated on par with other Indians. In fact, the Indian actor Feroz Khan insulted Pakistan during his visit to Pakistan:

“We have a Muslim President and Sikh Prime Minister in India, but in Pakistan, Muslims kill Muslims.”

My only wish is every Muslim could think on the lines of Feroz Khan.

Pakistani film industry sucks and that's the reason you don't see non muslim actors become superstars. Heck, i don't even see a Muslim actor becoming a superstar in Pakistan.

The reason why most of the Muslims are looked upon with contempt by both India and Sri Lanka is that Indian and Sri Lankan Muslims cheer for Pakistan when their own own country is playing against Pakistan.
