What is the major malfunction with this server today? This server is slower than 100 year old molasses on a cold day in January. And today it only works about 40 seconds of every 60 seconds...

Must have about 476 proxy sites running on this apparatus.. huh? Better strap some more horse power (MB) on er. Stupid fucking proxy sites are about as worthless as tits on a boar hog..

This is no fun when trying to work on a web project and right in the middle, this BS starts up again.. I guess a little server to run a website or two on is just like asking for a glass of ice water in hell..

I sure hope some time in the next month or this BS will not keep happening.

also, I sent an email to support@shoutserv about my VPS account, they gave no response

 

Because: 1. I don't check it usually, thats not part of my job and 2. Most of the staff live in the UK. I'm the only American. Therefor, you'll have to wait a few hours for them to wake up.

 

i've ordered the VPS 01,

very poor support, no response from all my email, giving only email which didn't describe anything

they said can be contacted through MSN/GTALK/AIM/Ticket but they never mention their ID, so how can we contact them ????

even they cannot fix their website, if until tomorrow my vps is still not up yet (its already more than 48hrs as they promised to me), I will ask them to refund ...) .............

if next time they still do the same thing, I suggest DP should ban them, all user who promote shoutserv / numberonehost.co.uk ...

It's still slow and down, even though there is no proxies, apparently.

I've never seen the server load below 8.00.
