Its not required for you to believe in anything to support them, when you voted for bush you voted for religious right. You support their policys and agenda, therefore you are "part" of them Better get out there and save them fetuses
ferret: Of course there is little difference in the words of Usama bin Laden, Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, etc... duh. They all believe very similarly. They all believe in, effectively, the same God. They all believe in the Old Testament. Christianity only split from Judaism two thousand years ago, and Islam split off from Christianity even more recently. duh. What is different is the way we treat these people in a civilized society. In a civilized society, we let them rant and rave -- and vote. We do not let them torture and kill other citizens for ignoring the rules of their religious belief. If Jerry Falwell starting blowing up buildings and the innocent people within them, we would imprison or kill him. That's the way civilizied societies work. If Usama bin Laden had come to America and used his enornmous fortune to get on TV like Pat Robertson, he could have had his own talk show with Michael Moore, Jesse Jackson, Barbara Streisand, Al Franken, and a thousand other talking heads constantly polluting the airwaves with propaganda about how much America sucks. If he had done that, we would not be trying to imprison or kill him. If you can't see a difference between Pat Robertson and Usama bin Laden, I don't know how to help you. Try to think about the last time Pat Robertson bombed a nightclub to prevent people from drinking alcohol.
Please demonstrate exactly what part of the math you don't get. Every number I have provided is easily verified at the sources I have indicated. I'm sorry your RepubliCON math skills are lacking. 4.9 - 4.2 = 0.7 / 4.2 = 0.16666 or 16.67% Even if the August unemployment rate was real, which it wasn't, that 4.9% is still 16.67% higher than when Bush took office. Never, at any point in the Shrub presidency has there ever been a net reduction in unemployment. Unemployment was at 4.2% when Bush took office and it hasn't come close to that level since. If you want to impress me Bush needs to lower unemployment with quality jobs that reduce unemployment by 23.29% like Clinton did. When unemployment reaches 3.22% tell me about it. 4.2 X 23.29% 0.9781 4.2 - 0.9781 = 3.2219 Again, every number I have provided is absolutely valid. Too bad the facts don't support the idiot you choose to support.
Wednesday, May 18, 2005 Slave Wages No Figure of Speech The purchase price of a male slave in 1850 was approximately US$1,000 in 1850 dollars. According to The Inflation Calculator, "What cost $1000 in 1850 would cost $22178.28 in 2005." Interestingly, a "free man" who earns minimum wage and works 40 hours a week for all 52 weeks of the year with no sick time or vacation would have an annual gross income of $10,712. A company could hire two minimum wage employees for less than the cost of purchasing one individual slave. As if this fact is not enough, the savings to owners is actually even greater when one factors in the cost of "maintaining" a slave. The $10,712 price tag paid to employees already covers the wage slave's cost of living. What a bargain! For the same $22,178.28 an employee could work 40 hours a week for 50 weeks while taking two weeks off a year with a paid vacation and earn $10.66 an hour. Anyone who earns less than $10.66 an hour with a two week paid vacation is a wage slave. (health and retirement benefits not included) 52 weeks x 40 hours = 2080 hours x $5.15 = $10,712 per year $22178.28 / 2080 = $10.6625 or $10.66 an hour http://caseagainstbush.blogspot.com/2005/05/slave-wages-no-figure-of-speech.html
