3D tutorials site - one month old, $222.47 in month 1, now at over $10/day, low start

Features: Custom coding, no database required. PHP & Apache with mod_rewrite are required. No backend admin, adding and removing tutorials is piece of cake (upload & go).
Comes with semiautomatic rss feed and sitemap (a file generates both). The rss feed is Wordpress compatible.
Search Engine friendly (urls, header tags)

Traffic: According to Analytics, closing to 1000 uniques/day, 6500 impressions/day. StatCounter shows a bit higher figures. Screenshots below.

Referrers: Mainly free tutorial listing sites (I won't reveal the URLs), over 6% bookmarks. Low search-engine traffic for now, but increasing.

Income: AdSense income (15feb-15mar): $222.47. You can notice an important steady growth as new tutorials have been added. Some of the tutorials are not yet listed on all sites.
Current income (last 10 days) stands at over $10/day.
AdSense screenshots (below) are split into 2: first part until Mar 04, when I had one URL channel to track the site's income and the second part when I put in place 4 custom channels. This worked better since many of the tutorial listing sites show tutorials in a frame.
AdSense average CTR is over 2.5% and the average eCPM is over $2.
No other significant income.

I do have a reserve price in mind.

Less than 48 hours remaining. Current bid is at $500 which is recoverable in less than 2 months at the current income rate (yesterday the site's income was $14.26 and halfway through today it's at $8.02 - bear in mind that weekends and late evenings are usually the worst when it comes to income).

My reserve price is yet to be met though.

The site is little over one month old, that would explain the missing history/no PR. During its short lifetime however, it has been constantly updated. As for marketing, I have just submitted my tutorials to leading tutorial-listing sites that accept free submissions. No paid marketing involved. The only work done is creating the tutorials.

PS1 Just to add more info, the site has made last week (Mon-Sun) $93.02 and its AdSense income for today is already at $12.39
PS2 Anybody interested, I intend to pull of the site from the sale the minute this auction ends. I have got good partnership proposals so - as long no one BINs it - I will keep it.

EDIT The main referrals (the tutorial listing sites) will be revealed to the buyer only.
