I'm selling because I can't afford to get a dedicated which is what it needs. My host said the forum is growing too rapidly.
Makes anywhere from .25 to $2.00 a month through AdSense.
I also sell links to get revenue.
I'll give you ftp and cPanel access to grab the site. You'll have one week to complete the transfer.

I'm interested but if your not giving the domain name(Jerlene.net), so probably going make another forum and retain all the current users using Jerlene.net, then what is that your selling here ??

The domain is part of a network. I'm selling the site and have no intention to make another forum type of site. Too much work/money/time.

the rate for forum posters is 5-10 cents a post now (i receive 30-50 from my clients...) w.e - bid retracted if ur gonna freak out at me lol

But if you're not selling the domain, what would be the point of saying that the DOMAIN is currently a PR2 and the fact that the DOMAIN has link popularity?
