Well, of course Israel is the short term danger to world peace, it always has been. Israel, it seems, is the subject of great frustration for Muslims. I mean I don't know much about Middle East politics, but it seems Al-quida and other groups affiliated to them formed out of empathy for Palestenians. I am sure even many Americans (politicians and people) woul feel the great historical injustice resulting from Israel's formation in 1948 by displacing Arabs is the root of many of the worl'd atricities like 9/11 (sad as it was). The only reason why a person like John Edwards dare not speak out against Israel is because of the huge influence on Washington of the powerful Israeli lobby, and of course, the historical support of Israelis by the US.

 

I do not remember the Middle East being full of roses and happiness before Israel. Maybe your recollection of history is different than mine

 

Thats because Muslims are upset that the jews are the chosen people of God...I am not a Jew, and I believe that...Israel was in the Holy land long before Islam, and it will be there long after, especially when Jesus comes back to earth and ushers in the Kingdom of God that will rule for eternity...

God will do things in God's time...what I pray for is the day that God will reign eternally, so that I can kneel at his feet and worship him, and eat at the messianic banquet with Jesus.
