And the reason Bush said it, I believe, is because like you, most young angry white males don't realize that WMD constitutes more than just nukes....let me say that simpler for you. Just because you don't have a nuke doesn't mean you don't have WMDs....all the gas, nerve, sarin, mustard, etc. that has been found is a type of WMD...so what Bush said was that there were no nukes...and if you will read that whole speech, he was referring to the pre-war intelligence about Iraq trying to get a nuke...hence the whole valerie plame (non) affair....

He's not interested in it. It would dispell his delusional thinking. He believes he holds an ace with Bush saying that none were found. This is, from an overall bigger picture.
