    Heh...lol...let me tell you something Jon, you have no right to tell people to delete the software..and even if you did, you wont know for sure :p And btw, at least get a good and SECURE payment system and use DLGuard for ALL of your products. If anyone bought a legal copy from you, you did not even include a copyright notice and license agreement on the software installation.

    Oh and btw, Jon, you should encode your Translation Gold :) Hope you learnt a lesson :)

    i need my money back..looking at the replies and your description looks like i'll have to hit my head with all the tid-bits and make sentences..
    i m too lazy for that.. anyways. the worst part is the software doesn't work

    @roymain: The software works. Looks like there is a firewall or somthing preventing the software to connect to the internet. The software is not the problem. Its your PC blocking the software from accessing the internet.

    @uca Lol..the original cost $67.00 ....its perfectly the same...the download link is a direct link from the authors website.

    I purchased this...does not appear to work......I can run a search on ANY keyword and get NOTHING back for information......there appears to be no troubleshooting so I've no clue what the issue is......anybody else had this problem? I'm running windows XP and have tried disabling my firewall....any suggestions? It acts like it works, it goes throughthe process of "gathering article research" but I always end up with nothing but an empty box.

    I have solved the problem with Ncntry69 via email.

    So please note that the program does not work on Windows XP SP 1.
