Well please, don't come here. We have enough illegals that speak broken English and hate our country. We don't need more. Plus, the day labor camps are overloaded and spilling out into the streets with people begging for work.
Everyone who loves their country more than their own self deserves a bit of skepticism. As that applies to most Americans, I think that I have a serious reason to think that something is wrong with them. Now don't get me wrong I appreciate freedom and to some extent the American code of values, but somehow Kerouac seems better than all founding fathers together.
What's all this bullshit about Bush fighting for Americas freedom ? Cheney and Bush are Nixon like constitution breakers that spy on Americans in concert with ATT! This administration tried to get Google to give up massive data profiles on millions of searches and Google told them to go straight to hell. Now tell me that the Bush administration is fighting for your rights and privacy, BULLSHIT !!!!!
What's with all this "bs" google keyword search links... Wow, saw a yahoo keyword search thrown in there this time.. Cool.
LOL, same result here The internet was actually invented by a Brit, http://news.cnet.co.uk/software/0,39029694,49273371,00.htm But then it's not like Hollywood to rewrite history is it
No country is that great, they all have their good points and bad points. There are many things that I'm unhappy about with the UK at the moment, but on the whole I'm happy here.
My grandfather (an FDR Democrat) always said "If you're doing nothing wrong, you shouldn't care who's watching you." What are you doing wrong that they might want to investigate you? If there is someone planning on pulling off a terrorist activity against you or your country, would you like it to be averted? Let me guess, you will say they have no right (and no interest, oh, wait, I think I hear a silent black helicopter hovering over your house right now) to look at any data on you but when something goes wrong you will blame those who couldn't spy on those they should because of the "rights" of those who are insignificant (me and you).
Depends where you live, I'm lucky enough to live in the part of the UK that has the highest quality of life Of course, it's counted as treason over here if you don't
Freedom?! It's illegal for US residents to fund a sports betting or online gambling (eg. poker) account! Therefore playing a game of cards online is illegal! And I'm sure there are many other things that are illegal in the USA. I'm sick of this ignorant freedom bs. America is not free - wake up!!
Oh, wow man. I don't have the freedom to gamble in the US. You ever heard of "doing it anyway". LOL Of course there are illegal things in the US.
Yeah, and it's illegal for US residents to fund murder too... Damn this commy pinko government.. We're not free... What was I thinking. Another one post wonder or duplicate account?
Could be. But that's the best argument so far. You're NOT FREE in America, man, because of the LAWS. What country doesn't have laws again?
America is the best country in the world. Anyone who disagrees is just a hater But really, since I started reading this forum I have become more patriotic than ever. I thank my lucky stars every day that I live in America! I think someone should start a thread about all the things they love about America. One thing I love is that American people are very original and creative...Artistic expression is nurtured in America. Another thing I like is that I don't get beaten in the street by the police for showing my ankle. The US ROCKS!
