This was a great interview, but it's already old and had been discussed here. Clinton ended up discrediting himself in the interview.

The facts are that Dubya could not answer the questions that former President Clinton had raised or explain why did he not bother with Bin Laden for the first 9 months he was in office.

Nope, it's 8:29 seconds and I can say with 100% certain that Bush was not in the interview to have asked the questions to, nor the opportunity to offer a response. Makes your assertion:
