Hey Everyone - I am new to this forum, and I just got into doing PPC. I am allready advertising on Overature. However I was wondering, based on opinion, what the top 10 sites to put ads on? Besides Google and Yahoo of course. Thanks everyone -ppcnut
Alot of people just Focus on Overture and Google. Those are the big-two who generally for advertisers have the best quality of traffic, best protection from click-fraud. Its not like advertising in say newspapers where there are 20 big ones to choose from. http://www.bidvertiser.com http://www.alternateurl.com http://www.adbrite.com Usually the best thing is to do a test run. Google , Yahoo, Bidvertiser, Inetting all offer some almost free clicks (NOTE THESE ARE REFERRAL LINKS WHICH I'VE COPIED FROM ANOTHER SITE, except the bidvertiser one which is mine.) $50 Yahoo Search Marketing [USA Only] (Min Deposit $5) £60 Yahoo Search Marketing [UK Only] (Min Deposit £20) $20 Bidvertiser (Worldwide) (No Deposit Required) $50 Google Adwords (Min Deposit $5) These offers may not be available outside of the referral link (the bidvertiser one, definately isnt). If you dont like using referrer urls, copy the link to your clipboard and then modify the referrer id to a random id.
Top 4 leaders of the market Adwords Overture MSN MIVA after that there are many around like 7search,turbo10 etc...
I keep hearing from "industry experts" like Shoemoney and the SEO Rockstars people that Adbrite should definately be exploited more. There, I shared my secret!
Heres the List: 1. Google.Com 2. Yahoo.Com 3. MSN.Com 4. IQSeek.Com 5. SearchFeed.Com 6. Miva.Com 7. Kanoodle.Com 8. Enhance.Com 9. 7Search.Com 10. Search123.Com Those are the top 10 Performing PPC's out there ... then you have: adbrite.com bidvertiser.com mamma.com to name a few more!
i've had great results from companies like, adbrite, text-ad-links.com and linkadage.com Thats why i have spent the last 6 months setting up www.adquick.co.uk, which takes all the best features from sites like adbrite and linkadage and then adds our own features and hopefully results in a great site for advertisers like yourself.
i don't think there are many around who use those except the top 4.... the search ratio is some thing like 100:0.001 for goole : ordinary SE. I still don't know how do they really get traffic as i have my self seen many a SE's which wait to get chached in google to them self get traffic..
I have tried Google, Overture, Enhance and Search123. For me, Search123 has been the stand-out performer for webmaster related keywords. I have received more clicks through Search123 than from the other three networks combined, and I've only had to pay 5 cents per click. The problem with Google and Overture is that there is so much competition for keywords. Having said that, I have been happy with the Google and Overture conversion statistics for my campaigns thus far.
I just started using ask's program and have gotten some clicks for cheap. I set my max cpc low which yahoo wouldn't let me do. It's good stuff. Low volume, but if you already have the rest... Ask's program is new so it's getting better. ANd I think lycos uses them too.
is there any specific websites to display ads on... is some have comprehensive list of sites to advertise on with high and legit traffics
