    Source is from oddity Software.

    We do not have to pay for the list as they are providing this for free in RSS feeds.

    There is no script here. I simply parse the .xml file to display the automated stuff. No licence is required as everyone can use RSS technology.

    No, this site does not require any database. Just upload all the files to the server and it will run perfectly :) Your server needs to support PHP thou :)
