What is that some kind trick question?

I can't see fastreplies anywhere around DMOZ so I'm assuming it listed somewhere in your Blacklist.

    :p

Why should it be a trick question, you said
So if this thread is about DMOZ I assumed you meant the site you own in your signature being not listed at DMOZ.

Really? I thought it implied that he already had a listing ... as "RIGHT NEXT TO ME" implies he's already there... but then, with your mindset, I bet you were thinking that Fastreplies is a webmaster therefor his website isn't worthy

    1. Sites in my signature owned by AMRAY Network Corporation. Do I look to you like Corporate material?
    2. Only AMRAY Web Hosting has been listed by DMOZ but since before I started my work for AMRAY
    3. By "me", I meant exactly what I said "me" without any implies to AMRAY

I wish you stop "reading in between the lines" and start dealing with issues at hand.

DMOZ editors always explain that they are expressing personal opinions, yet claims are made that we are speaking for dmoz, that we are a "spokesman" for dmoz. We always refute this and state that it is a personal opinion.

Now you seem annoyed that a presumption was made that you are speaking for Amray. I dont understand....you always do this to us, yet don't like it when its done to you.

I this is poetic justice :)

Well snoopsy, guess why? I will even give you a hint.

There is no presumption on your part because I told you two many times that I'm working for AMRAY and yet you two
continue repeating yourselves like broken record. Hopefully you paid attention to what I just said and from now on
stop listen to voices in your heads and presuming thing that only your voices can see.

    :)

Wow, who also keeps repeating like a broken record complaints about DMOZ? Like you believe what you want to believe about DMOZ, forgive me for believing what I want to believe about your part in the directory in your sig, which popo, kindly pointed out was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.

IF you are NOT speaking for DMOZ and it's just personal opinion, then by rights, those people that say "you can submit your site 100000000000 times" are just as valid as yours. Keep that in mind when you are trying to sound like you have credibility... as those people saying multiple submissions are OK are either speaking from experience that worked, or other sources and they certainly have a right to their opinion, which is just as valid and OFFICIAL of a response as YOUR opinion if you are not speaking as an editor.

Your point is rather valid and not anything i have ever denied.

EVERYONES opinion is as official as mine. Without doubt....I am NOT a spokesman for dmoz, i merely have editing permissions within certain areas.

The difference between my opinion and NON-editors opinion, is that my opinion is based upon experience and an understanding of the guidelines.

Sadly, non-editors opinions are often based upon hearsay and a misconcieved perception of dmoz and the guidelines, together with what the true goal of dmoz is, rather than to what they believe dmoz is, what dmoz should do and what they want from domz.

As such, anyone with common sense would be wise to at least listen to what we say, when we try and help. It is always information provided for their own good :)

If you can find that the statement is contradicted either on DMOZ site or, perhaps, more importantly on the official AOL/DMOZ communication site http://blog.dmoz.org/ then you will have a case, but I am certain that if you thought you had seen a posting that you could wring, twist, turn, take out of context and show that was then against guidelines you would do so.

Incidentally the blog clearly shows that AOL own DMOZ and it is AOL staff who edit and moderate the blog.

    Smoke crack much?

Quote me the contradiction, I just went to your link and found that you are talking out your back side again! I'm not twisting ANYTHING, it's you that is... seriously...if you are not speaking for DMOZ, then you are NOT speaking as an editor!

Funny, I must have misread the bottom of the page...
