If you search for Michael Jackson Islam, it looks like he switched to Islam. Either way he was associated with one of the works based religious systems.

Allah is the Arabic name of God. So the song is for all people who believe in God.

Mo'minin = Believers not, Mohsinin, Mohsinin are those who do good.

mohsin is do good (from Hassn - good, Ahsan - better ....).
