    As the title says, I want to sell this site on the basis only its PR, which is 4. No income till now, nothing installed, just a plain wordpress blog.

    Today on Jan 14th 2010 at 4:45 pm chiranjit was online at DP. I sent him a message:

    I won the dispute. When you will refund my money?

    He read the message and did not replay me but log out.

    I have gave THE OP enough time to provide me the service I paid for. He asked me several times for more time. Now him PayPal account has not enough money so i am not able to get my $50 regardless I won the dispute.

    I see the OP is active and posts lots of threads. I am sure he has different PayPal account and get paid.

    He does not want to refund my money and he does not provide me the service i paid for.
