Getting 3000+ Backlinks

I have been searching around to increase my website backlinks in search engines, then I bought several PR1 - PR5 Directories around 10 directories in total and added a Text Link to my website. The outcome after 2 months is outstanding my backlinks grow from 2,895 to 7,845 and it increase daily around 200-300 links. You can see the outcome from the below link.

Google and Bing are very slow to add backlinks, however Yahoo , AllTheWeb and AltaVista are very generous in backlinks. My target is to take my website from PR3 to PR5 or PR6 within the coming 6 months. Finally my advice is buying one way links in High PR directory with high link popularity such as Defstu.com one of my directory (+30k Backlinks) or submitting your website to a good managed Free Directory will pay back well for your website backlinks.

Thank you for the feedback, I hardly make any backlinks, when I do it it's by hand by contacting other webmasters/bloggers directly on their site and see if they're ok for a link. I know it's not a good way to go about link building..

Well I am targeting the keyword Medical Software and before I have Zero in the top 50, Now I am in Yahoo my website ranks # 48 and I am sure with more links and time I will get a good keyword rank with Google since it need more time for Google to add backlinks to a website than Yahoo. As for the Keyword "Hospital Software I am now in the Top 10-15 in Google, Yahoo and Bing. I understand you point of view that Directroies is outdated and Social network is booming now such as Twitter and others, however After years of working with other webmaster and SEO company I found the best way is to Do it myself and build a network of high PR directroy to increase my website Traffic and PR. I will keep all followers updated with my progress and if it works I will let you know. Also if you have an advice to share let me know. Thanks for reading my posting.

 

Hope you achieve your target. I am sure you must be mixing directory links with other link building strategies as well.

 

Yes I do, however the booming in backlinks comes from my directories.

3000 backlinks seems like a lot.. You can definitely gain a lot with these, but 3000 is a great goal to shoot for!

 

I have Defstu.com PR4 web directory, last month it has only 19,000 backlinks after added for it a text ad to my Directories network today it has 31,000 backlinks.

Yes I do, and in all my directories I am offering a Free reciprocal links. There is no shame in selling and Also helping others with your know how.

 

I am still worried why people focus on directories nowadays. Does it really make money?

 

I will be able to give a reply for your question after 3 months. I started to have my own directories on October 2009 with the main objective is to increase my website backlinks and have a top 10 keywords rank in major search engines for my medical software business.

I am paying Google Adwords thousand US$ yearly and Directories might be the way to increase my organic visitors, hence reduce my Google budget and increase my sales.

 

I do not make backlinks, except some article writing software or some of the blog sites. In most cases people have automatically started giving me back links. Many of my pages are are PR2 and some have PR3

 

So what I get from this is that you have a few directories that you either aquired or put up yourself. On those directories you have put site-wide links back to your main/money site.

Because your directories have so many pages on them, this is generating a ton of backlinks to your main website.

Did you put up all the directories yourself? Did you just find good domains with good PR to purchase? Did you get them from individuals or some reseller service?

If you didnt put them up, who did you buy them from? Were they expensive?

 

In my opinion,different kind website need different things, such as my site,i do not too care about backlinks, i just need traffic and orders.but we know more backlinks could get us a good rank on search engines.

 

I bought 3 directories from Flippa then the rest of 22 Directories I made them myself with some domain names I have and other I bought that has high PR domains PR3-PR5.

My total Investment till date is US$ 3,500. You may find it big investment but investing in high PR domain names listed in Domz or Yahoo Directory or High PR with 10K+ Backlinks it is a great asset in internet business.

 

Not sure I understand the point of this thread. You say you got 3000 backlinks by buying 10 directories and putting your link on them. That doesn't make sense. The only thing I can think is if people are scraping your directory and adding their link to your site. Unless you are counting a sitewide link as 3K pages total from your directories.

How did buying 10 directories help you gain 3000 links?
