It's not as funny as you think. It will probably happen.

I haven't dodged any question. If you're asking my opinion, then yes, I feel that flag burning should be punishable. Do I believe that is a realistic venue? No. I try to stick to reality and what CAN be done realistically instead of just spouting off at the mouth about what just I want or believe - unlike yourself.

You aren't very bright are you? The reason I asked you to be less ambiguous was so that I would be able to address the issue more to your satisfaction. How the hell am I supposed to know if you're talking about some punk getting locked up for selling a dime bag of pot in California or some white collar guy in NYC getting sentenced for an accounting scandal or issues at GTMO? Furthermore, this topic spinoff is useless because I'm not a lawmaker (or enforcer) and niether are you. In fact, from the posts I read it doesn't even seem like you've graduated a high school level government class. Either be specific or stand aside because your ambiguous rants are irritating and counterproductive.

You proudly display in your posts that you are "In A Big Fascist Country." I am 100% positive that you have no idea what that means. Furthermore, get it through your skull that just because someone, somewhere doesn't like the way things are he isn't going to leave. That kind of thinking is pathetic. So what I have to say in response to this idiot little paragraph is that if you think I should be gone - remove me.

Why shouldn't it be illegal to desecrate a sacred national symbol? Because of free speech? There are many other ways of getting one's point across than by burning a flag. What else do you think should be legal? Raping bald eagles?

By the way, you tell me to leave a country that I served because I don't agree with the way one thing is - but you claim to live "In A Big Fascist Country" and you're still here - why? Oh, because you can't move your parents' basement up to Canada?

Bottom line: Either learn to retaliate in a debate with at least a small token of civility, clarity, and insight or keep your inane comments to yourself.

Exactly. And even if it *does* touch the ground, it only should be burned properly and respectfully. There are free services that do this.

Then you are sad, sad, little man... apparently mocking religion and the issue of treason is a funny thing to you.

Yep... locking up flag burners - just another way to waste away more tax payers money.

I'm sorry victimless crimes isn't specific enough for you - but victimless crimes is exactly what I mean.
Proudly? You can conclude this how?

I don't think you should be gone, nor do I want you to leave. I want you to change your opinion that we should further restrict people's freedoms and actually stand behind the meaning "free" country. I can't make you.. .and I don't want to make you... I want you to do it on your own, becuase it's the right thing to do. ;)

Flag burning is completely unrelated to raping bald eagles. Perhaps in your mind they are one in the same (if so please seek out a doctor).

Still haven't figured out where is better. Leaving one country for another in today's world isn't simple and easy, it takes time and well thought out decision making. Bush's time is coming to an end relatively shortly and I'm holding out hope that things can get better and this country can wake up...

    The common last-resort argument.

"Yo know", yo-yo, that money is not the most important thing in the world  There *IS* justice to be served.

Because everybody notices it, and you certainly aren't the most HUMBLE person I know...

I don't believe you've EVER named a freedom you lost since Bush became President. Can you name one or are you still going to ignore it?

LOL perhaps in your mind they are different. It is the same principle: it is treason.

Things won't get better. I guarantee it.

Ha, his comments ARE civilized, clear, and make sense. Yours are just whinings and complaints, much like the kid you are would do.

When you start answering questions instead of dodging them with bedtime excuses, perhaps I'll feel inclined to answer some of yours.

Don't you have some "official" :D :D red rep thread to go whine in or something?

Yo, those already *WERE* answered. You know it, then you just added some little requirements on after that to make it seem like they weren't. C'mon, think for me! You know that's what happened! You need to admit it.

Don't you have to get your head back in the sand where it belongs?

LOL, just kidding :p Nah, I'm not whining, just making a statement.

I notice you have yet to answer that question: Can you name a single freedom you've lost with the Bush Administration? If so, name it.

Here you are admitting you can't answer the questions (you just claimed to have answered) because it was bedtime...

And you still haven't found that definition of children that includes embryos and fetuses either.

Still waiting. Perhaps if you ever come up with an answer, I'll answer yours. Sounds fair. ;)

Ah.. some more of your civil answers. Just because it's there doesn't mean it's "proudly" there. I'm ashamed of what our country is becoming and I'm trying to make an awareness of it.

Awareness of what? People getting locked up for drug crimes? That's your platform? Oh, ok. That was news in...1985 (probably the year you were born). You say that I want to lock people up needlessly when that's not what I said at all. I said that it should be punishable. I think it's hilarious that you grasp at straws so vehemently that you have tried (and failed) to spin a flag-burning issue into a drug crime discussion.

I already answered the original question. And when you didn't like the reality of it, you changed it to add in more disqualifiers.

So stop whining about unanswered questions. There are criminals and terrorists to defend, stick to what you do best ;)

Oh, and I agree with the others, sd2001 has tossed you around like a chef salad :D

Ah, but you see, it does, because you're still not a humble person. Therefore, you are a proud person. Therefore, what you type in your "Location" field is proudly displayed :D
