Ah, Christians fighting back against the oppressive muslims. That's what I thought you meant to say. ;)

funny thing , personally i consider crusades as papal insanity because , the crusaders fought against muslims , massacred jews of the region they passed through but also massacared christians that were in the region , the best example is when they took jerusalem they killed it's christians,
and many christians of syria , lebanon ,jordan were protected by muslims , because the papal troops wanted to eliminate them (like what happened in early christianity after the trinity invention in nicosia counsil)

It doesn't matter what you think. What matters is historical accuracy.

LOL, so we'll send the terrorists to 'school'
Nice one GTech, at least you got a laugh out of me on a wet morning

Sounds like even less 'action' than I'd advocate

Inaction is the best course of action ;)

Agree with Gtech we do have big problems and it is probably already to late. I also dont think a multi cultural country is what most of us want here but its what we have to put up with and go along with. I dont know to be honest walking around London you could easiliy think you was in a middle eastern country sometimes.

No no matt... he wants to "educate those who defend terrorists" ....

Whatever that's supposed to mean. Sounds like a perfect plan to me! :D

You know what they say, "you can't fix stupid" ;)

Welcome to Eurabia, Matt! Inaction is always the best course of action, unless, of course, you are Christian or Jewish.

    Excellent, you're back :)
Perhaps you could care to explain how educating people would stop terrorists ;)
There seems to be less action in your proposals than there are in mine, are you sure you're not a Liberal?

I hear what is being said in this thread and would like to add my opinion.

I do not agree with religions buildings or separate schools being build or any kind of separation between the cultures in the UK. The fact that people have been given these rights is ludicrous and only causes issues.

If you come to my country you live by my rules, speak my language and pay my taxes. (Isn't this is beauty of visiting different countries? - to see the different culture and appreciate their quirks and slights)

Hey gtech, you're up awfully late. What's the matter, another dark, gloomy night in Texabia? Yeh, I wouldn't be able to sleep either knowing I was surrounded by 400,000 texan muslims :D

Your proposal consists of "inaction is the best course of action." You can't do less than nothing, Matt, though I'm sure you would try.

I've seen two of your fellow countrymen acknowledging the problem, instead of making politically correct "multi-cultural" excuses for terrorists. Think about it Matt, you wouldn't make excuses for Christians and Jews.

It is a real problem Matt. Others see it. It's not politically incorrect to be aware of a serious problem. Taking action is necessary, but most likely, it is too late.

    (My emphasis)

Another opinion which is beginning to really, truly scare me.

When I hear these type of things, I picture an out and out racist.

GTech, Blogmaster, jabb and their like-minded "buds" (to steal a phrase from GTech) are going to fuel radicalisation of young, impressionable people with their bigoted opinions.

You're falling behind in your duties yo.

In fact, there are local "homeboys" that need your help too.

I don't agree with separate Schools, that's a barrier to integration. But religious buildings? Do you want them to go to churches?

That's exactly what they want, you'll never catch GTech admiting it out loud (why he's being so evasive on the question of a solution), but the the more people he can alienate and radicalise, the more he can kill with a clear conscience when the religious war he's so desperately looking for comes along

Sounds scarily true from what I have read (but I hope it is not). Truly, truly worrying.

Gtech, one of these days I'm gonna go down to wal mart and buy 20 or so of those cell phones as an experiment. And I can't wait for the ACLU to take my multimillion dollar lawsuit; which will be paid out using your tax dollars ;) :D

What race are you referring to? islam has no racial boundaries. Can't use the race card here apd. Ask Matt, he's previously been owned on it as well.

Yes, it's everyone else that is going to "fuel" the problem. Blame everyone, but those that are responsible.

In fact, you present an interesting twist here, apd. You know how muslims are always saying here that there is no problem and that muslims denounce terrorism, etc, etc? Yet here is a perfect opportunity to recognize a problem and be proactive, but instead, you chose to defend these very people by placing the blame of their problems on everyone else, but those who are responsible.

Yeah or China, America, Australia, India, South Africa, Germany, France, Russia... that what you get when you live in a city with 7 million people.
