I am trying to find a better section for my question but I cannot find it, maybe moderator can please help me to move this thread.

I always wonder why some sellers are banned and how to find the details about the action, but I did not really try to figure it out until now.

On last few weeks, I made payment to a seller and he was being banned recently, before he delivered his services, I am lost on how to contact him about the jobs, what should I do to claim my money back or results on the jobs?

If you pay him thru paypal, there is a way to contact him. Write email to his paypal email address. He will reply you if he is not a scammer. And if he did not reply you, it is time to open a ticket in paypal to claim your money back.

Thanks for the advices, I got the way to contact the seller now.

By the way, is there any way to learn more about the banning action?

no, why a member is banned is between the member and the moderators, we do not discuss this with anyone.

in the future get contact details with anyone your doing business with.
