Do you think there will be a third world war soon?

There have been numerous prophecies which claim that WWIII is coming, some prophecied years actually passed by with nothing happening. A Nostradamus prophecy (according to the book 'The Nostradamus Code') said that the thrid world war will happen in 2007 and there will be great destruction from nuclear bombs. We know what happened (or did not)

But what do you think? Will WWIII ever happpen? If it will, when do you expect it to happen?

History repeats itself. I believe a third WW will be inevitable, and after that we will be back to WWI in due time. Plus I think it will happen within the next 4 years or so

 

Any particular reasons why you think it will happen in the next 4 years? And what wil be the opposing countries?

 

I guess third world war will start in 2020-2025 time range.

 

May be. The North Pole is more accessible than ever and companies found natural resources there like fuel and mineral deposits. There is a competition between Canada, Russia and Denmark to access these resources. I would suspect a was like WW II, but a cold war is imminent.

 

WWIII is and has been raging since 9/11/01. It's the War on Terror, eg WWIII.

 

If It happens it will be soon. Martial law will start it, the flu will get over hyped again, the economic problem will get way worst. Guns will be taken away before this, cause when the riots start they want us un-armed. We will loses the internet cause it will be "unstable" The government just needs to keep hacking them selfs and turn it into a national security problem. People will be forced on going to concentration camps, Mandatory vaccinations, maybe they will even try for world depopulation. If they go into Iran it will look like there trying to surround russia. Things are getting crazy anyways. I don't really expect these things to happen but the real people in charge are getting old if they want to do anything its going to have to be soon.

Maybe, but if you call it a wat, its probably the longest world war! WWII lasted 5 years!!

I'm no math expert but that looks a lot like 6 years

Of course the build up to that point in 39 when the Germans invaded Poland had been a long time in coming. However, that's when the "official declarations" began.

In reality you could put the start of WWII at the Japanese invasion of Manchuria on September 13, 1931. That would put the war at 14 years.

And if we take into account that while V-E Day ended on May 8th, 1945, the Treaty of Peace with Japan was not signed until 1951.

That would put the war at 20 years.

Depending on how you look at it, WWII was about two full decades!!!
