Thanks Correctus, but I am well aware of what forum this is. If you had any experience you would understand that the traffic to a name will likely remain for a while, even without a website. Traffic is one of the most important considerations when doing a domain appraisal. I am not trying to start an arguement, but please do some research and you will understand the value of traffic to a domain is huge, and is a seperate issue again from the website itself.
