I can't submit support ticket to you, i can't login in you Client area, i don't know what is the matter, so I have to livechat with you again, but you banned me, why? The Customer is Repately asking us to safe_mode settings to be changed which cannot be done on a shared server so he was banned from live help please do not post bad thigs in our post every day you come and ask the same thing that cannot be tollerated by us

 

You should move to a host that will allow the settings to be change, just ask next time before you buy something.

I too have been having problems with this same reseller on their server. It is obvious they are not going to unsuspended my domain so I can download the latest updates I made to the website. I give up trying to reason with them, BEG them for my files. It is an Arcade website. Not a file hosting site.

If your running a reseller web hosting account as a business ideastack.com/cpanelwebhosting.in will screw you over with your customers. Good thing I never setup this up to sell space to customers otherwise I would have them knocking at my door and calling me a cheat and liar when it is ideastack.com/cpanelwebhosting.in fault.

Be warned, they call an Arcade website FILE HOSTING website and will lock that website. Running 3 Arcade websites on their reseller hosting and having just one locked and loosing at least $25 a day in paid links, adsense, and other revenue because of this. I placed a ticket to have it unlocked so I can move it to another server and it has already been 3 days without a reply. I have lost so far over $75 in revenue because of them locking my Arcade website. Monitoring the bandwidth and CPU usage and it was well under the acceptable levels. No user can upload anything to the website. No user can even leave a comment to the website.

They told me last time they suspended it that. Any website that loads over 100KB per page will be locked. Which is no where to be found in the Terms of Service. You can forget about running a forum. This webpage I am viewing right now on digitalpoint itself is over 100KB. You can forget about running any social sites. You can forget running any site that gets more then 50 users a day that loads more then 5 pages. My website was only getting 250-300 uniques a day with average of 1500 page views and it got SUSPENDED.

Not to mention the server they are running the hosting from goes down at least twice-three times a month and shows up as unreachable for hours at a time. I have documented this by trying to ping the server from other servers and trying to access any website hosted on this server does not resolve, each and every time.

Also, be warned the security on the server is so strict that after browsing 5 pages your users will see a Apache Error 500 (Unacceptable) page EVERY single time, loosing you users. I have had tons of customers ask me why they get that and I have to explain time and time again my host is very strict on the number of pages you can load.

Buyer beware and be warned you get what you pay for.

Still no reply to my messages, last and only reply was on the 25th of this month. I even tell them I am just going to move it to another host that would allow for the Arcade website to be ran, but they DENY me my files.

Is this a business you want to run your reseller business upon? Do you really want to trust your customer to them? This review will be posted to any new sales thread they start from here on out. Also, they will be reported to ripoffreport.com for holding my files hostage and making me loose money from 5 days of down time ($75+ was lost due to their negligence).

To continue my review of these services. I apologize I forgot a few things.

Security is so tight they will not allow you to:
1: View the phpinfo();
2: Run MyBB
3: Run OpenCart
4: or any php script package that does file.php?blah=command/command line. The / in the command line will throw the internal apache error message.

Oh, again after 5 page loads any of your websites hosted with them will give you a Apache Error 500, Unacceptable. When nothing is wrong with the script. It is the security of the server that doesn't like you loading 5 pages.

Google Web master tools set to scan slow even showed this ERROR when trying to add the sitemap.xml and did not index these pages, because of it.


Also, you would be happy to know that ideastack.com/cpanelwebhosting.in/cheaphostingplan.in are not hosted on the same server they are selling you reseller hosting upon. When the server your getting reselling hosting goes down, their company website is just fine and dandy.

Beware: Past experiences with this host was aweful. Multiple support tickets never answered. Multiple digitalpoint posts remained unanswered.

Advertises 99.5% update, but only gets 98% and less uptime. Hosting is down at least twice a month for upwards of 5 hours at a time.

They just start new threads, ignoring all the customers complaints and not addressing them.
