    Hello friends,

i have just created a PHPBB forum at http://www.icbse.com/forum2

and installed PHPBB SEO mod in it.

When i try to open any forum or thread its shows a 404 not found error page.

Please tell how can i resolve this error.

Your replies will be highly appreciated:)

It probably has to do with your mod rewrite in you htaccess file. Check if you have an htacces file and check to see if modrewrite works with you host. And indeed ask this a their support forums.

you should have the program compile the code for the .htacces file for you and then you should place that code into the .htaccess file. It can all be done from within the administrator control panel!

You can generate the required .htaccess rules from the admin panel of your phpbb. After login to your ACP, go to "PHPBB SEO" tab. Now, click on .htaccess from left menu under "URL Rewriting settings". Copy the code from right panel and paste it in your .htacess.
