Yaroslav was doing a project for me before he posted this thread.

I was pretty excited when I saw this thread, because Yaroslav is very intelligent and creative. He was able to understand my requirement on our first project, after several other contractors had not been able to understand it.

After understanding the requirement, Yaroslav was able to execute on it successfully and the results were exactly what I wanted.

On this new round of projects, I am throwing an array of different projects at Yaroslav and he is acting as a project manager for all of them. I explain my requirements, he understands them and has one (or more) of his team members execute on them.

It's too soon on this round of projects to see how well things are going -- largely because I have been travelling and have had very little time to connect to the Internet. However, I have very good comfort level based upon past experience with Yaroslav.
