Well I guess I like to see what other people can do and buy something original. Plus I don't mind paying for quality work and help out those who support Digital Point.

 

Phyza: Sorry, don't think I can accept any more of your designs after seeing you steel other peolpes work in previous threads.

koe: haha that's nice but it's exactly like the original. I want you to be creative. I was using that more as a guideline rather than a copy.

dorarpol: Good work! I'll be honest though, I'm still gonna have to put brainwaves and plugzzz in the lead. I like what you did with the mars lettering though, cool effect.

 

Definitely a good catch Warpser (+1 rep) & another reason why I always say that PM entries should never be accepted... At least in the thread we can all help each other keep the contest honest so a CH dosent accidently buy something that they will get sued over later

 

Well, seeing that he is looking for a LOGO / Mascot & 99.9% of all Stock sites sell in Bulk with a terms of use that stipulates anything purchased can NOT be used as a legal trademark or logo might be why.

If even only 3 people bought that same design & used it as their trademark, that's 3 lawsuits down the road of company owners feeling as if their image was stolen. (Especially when a company gets Big)

I just hope others aren't using stock images with TOS stipulations as you suggested he do for his brand image.

I think so you were the only one who messaged me in private asking me to enter in this contest after looking at my previous work ... Well it was really unfair to get such a comment from you as i myself told you that i changed everything in that contest and you still asked me to enter it ... If you would have dislike my work then i would have not feel this much bad and i think so you must be sorry for it
