    This seems like a scam. After asking for details yesterday, I received the following PM today:

    hello...

    I need partner who can invest some money in to my project to get adsense money out of
    it....let me give you some idea...

    1) Website already running with adsense and making 200$ a day
    2) Need some one to invest so i can make site quality better. and do better in seo to make it reach 400$ a day..
    3) All money will come to your address.. Once your investment is return...
    3) Revenue will be shared 50% 50% between both of us..
    4) If we decide to sell website and if website will get sold for say 10,000$ we both will take 5000$ each...
    5) if we decided not to sell life time we will keep taking 50% 50% of total revenue...
    6) minimum Investemnt will be $20,000
