The name is very hot you will get lots of hits if you promote with minimal amount.

The amount i have said is very cheap.

"Rediffmail" is a registered trademark by Rediff.com.
In short and simple words, You cannot use these terms in your domain.If you do then they might sue you.

 

Rediffmail.com is the trade mark owned by rediff.com.

The domain name rediff.ws us been owned by godaddy.com. If godaddy.com is selling godaddy.ws . The website is been sold and you can see the website.

Since godaddy has the right to sell the site . dot.tk also has the right the sell the own domain.

I dont find any relation between the two..

rediff.ws is not owned by godaddy.com!! I dont know from where you got this information that godaddy is woner of this domain,But its wrong.
The registrar of this domain is "Directi Internet Solutions Pvt. Ltd" (they are not the owner ,they are the registrar of this domain).

The domain is under "private domain registration" hence you cant see who own the domain.But its still a trademark issue.Rediff can sue this domain and hundred of such domain/websites anytime they want and they will win for sure.Its just a mater of time.

 

See for rediff.com rediff owns the trademark. Why should rediff should own trademark for rediff.ws

The domain owner and Registrar are two different identities.
Get some more information about these things from wikipedia

Directi Internet Solutions Pvt. Ltd is the registrar of the domain And the owner is hiding behind "private registration" provided by registrar.
Godaddy do not have any relation with it.

BTW rediff must be having the trademark for the term "rediff" Not for "rediff.com" So any use of this term is an serious trademark issue.
Browse the wikipedia to get some more information about trademarks,domains,registrar,Domain owners etc.
Google for "domain lawsuites" and "Domain Name Disputes" to educate yourself about these things.

 

If there is a issue how come dot.tk site is selling the sites. Why rediff or google is not sueing them..

If you go to godaddy.com. You can find the popular domains at high cost . for example adultfriendfinder.ws is there which is been hosted by an affiliate for years and making thousands of rupees.

Why adultfriendfinder is not yet sue godaddy or adultfriendfinder.ws?
