File Manager / Management Script with User Rights

    Hi,

    We have a requirement for making a web based file storage system.
    The purpose of this script would be to store files (jpegs, PDFs, PSDs, etc) for easy download by registered users.

    Features we are looking at.

    1. User based access to folders
    2. Ability to create users
    3. File Hierarchy (tree based)
    4. Uploading rights would be only with the admin
    5. Stats for users / files downloaded.
