    btw i am planing to build a site for the fake pr directories,
    one of the main reasons is to protect us who run regular directory.

    I was a little curious there as to why you thought it was fake but after having research one of the PR7 backlinks it has from http://www.dvpa.com/public/department162.cfm I can clearly see why.

    The banner advert on the bottom right goes to membergate.com!

    That is a Google problem! Or do you think this was created deliberately and knowingly that the directory owner would benefit in this way?

    Touch and go I would say!

    To be honest, I don't know how I got those backlinks from backlinkwatch.com if this is what you mean. If not, give me more details.

    I have to say... looking over that, it really irks me that some people can't earn a real PR, so they have to scam it off a good site, then when they get people who don't know its fake, there getting scammed cause they think they are getting a good PR7 backlink...
