question on language and theme

when making ads, if i select ... let's say "English and Recreation" for my language and theme, does this restrict my ads from showing in any way?

Not yet (I believe). But actually, I think the ad would have the possiblility of being shown on fewer sites, but you would still get the distribution that your weight warrants.
