he's got some decent backlinks....a lot of .edu's and a wikipedia link. It must be because the page hasn't been updated in a long time.

Did some reading and finally got to a point where they explain even back when google was just on stanfords site that there is no need to submit a link for indexing.

There is no need to submit pages to the index: the Google crawler will pick up changed, new, and removed pages automatically during its scheduled crawls.

His father must be a dedicated professor. He is still conducting classes in Applied Probability and Statistics at the University of Maryland. Although his class schedule of MWF 1:00 - 1:50 and office hours MWF 2:00-3:00 doesn't seem overly taxing..... Still, I dont know, I might prefer Aruba in the the winter over Maryland. But thats just me.
