You'd be lucky if you don't get sued for trademark infringement and that just references the domain itself and not the obvious clone of another site. Worst site that I have reviewed so far.

work on the logo. it really doesnt match with the rest of the site. then the site looks a bit empty. i suggest reducing the space between the content. and a nice light coloured background would make the site look better

another site might have a similar name, but as with all big companies, if they notice you taking a bit of their views or if u get big... they might bring out the big guns.. (lawyers) :(
