Please review my scarsdale diet squidoo lens!

Hi- I just joined squidoo to make a weight-loss lens about the scarsdale diet (http://www.squidoo.com/scarsdale-diet) and support the scarsdale diet website in my signature here. It is my very first attempt at making a lens so be gentle with me but I was just looking for some feedback on it and just generally what peoples opinions are for my first try. Thanks very much!

I agree, put up a little more content. You can also make it look more attractive by using subtitles in your content and then make them bold. You might also want t put your title (or sub-title right above the article - that space seems empty.
