Best website monitoring service

I'm looking for a website monitoring service that will monitor multiple websites in one account and notify me and my client by email should any site be unavailable.

Ideally the service will notify us of the full details of any outages and will provide a monthly summary report.

I am happy to pay for a good service (multiple (10+) url's a must-have).

Suggestions welcome please.

I've been pretty happy with http://www.siteuptime.com/ actually, I use it for my major sites -- the free version -- and it works great.

Thanks for the recommendation. Their free service only offers 1 url and their paid service offers a maximum of 6. I will contact them to see what can be done !
