It just sounds like they don't invest as much into customer service as Google. It is much easier for the most profitable search engine to employ more customer service reps for this type of thing.

Google also has more experience doing PPC. In the past Yahoo used Google ads on their network. Then they had to buy overture to figure out how to do it right themselves. I guess they're still learning.
