HELP! My backlinks dissaperaed!!

Ok... so my backlinks just randomly dissapaeraed. I had 2,000+ now I have 18.. but this is when i check the www.sitename.com when i do sitename.com than I have 2,000+

before it was the same for both..

Both are different if you make backlinks using www they will be shown when you put www only

sitename.com? doesn't seem to exist.
