I need links

I have about 3000 links my site is 5 years old in in the private investigator niche. My competition has about 6000 links.
Right now I post 20 articles a month about 10 blog posts a day and about 30 directory submissions a month.

Is there someone out there that can suggest a good link developement program or system? Somomeone that could take over the link building for me?

This question is repeated 10000 times in DP. Why don't you visit few more thread to get your question still I will reply you.

Getting links from unrelevant source is not useful.
1) Submit in your niche directories
2) submit only in few article directories but all unique
3) submit in blog comment but topic should be relevant to your niche
4) create posts in free blogs like blogspot, wordpress, blog.co.uk and etc but all unique and maintain it regularly so that google will crawl it daily.

Buying links is forbidden, better than that keep building quality content and try blog commenting

I do plenty of comments.
What I do is set up google alerts for my keywords, name and web site when they show up I comment.
