I was using Sedo for some of my domain that I wanted to sell. Since I didn't sell plenty of them for long period there, I've tried different Parking company cause I've read lots of thread at dnforum and namepros.
Some people were amazed how much they got from clicks at Parked.com .
This is cause SEDO just squeez You, that's why YOU need to park domains to be able to sell them there.
I've got plenty of "business" domains there and I've got 0,08-0,16EUR (aprox. 0,12-0,24$) CPC. There were also some rare 0,02EUR clicks.
So I've tried parked.com it's f**king amazing. All domains were migrated within few minutes, no approval needed, about 90% of my domains did recieve good keywords just from domain name so I didn't need to change anything. And I've needed just to edit keywords to few domains to get more effective and have higher CTR. So I had everything done before DNS was changed. Also You can add bulk list of domains, and if You add domains You already have, bulk list will be reduced and only new once will appear, no error, no need to compare lists and already registered domains.
And the best part is CPC, for example (probably highest difference), I have 0,6-0,85$ for each click, that's 4 times more then with SEDO.
This is the difference between company that focus on Parking and Marketplace, that just give You few pennies while You wait for sales.
Their parked sites are little messy for some keywords, so You might want to create own color template and save it for future use.
Say arrivederci to SEDO and join Parked.com.
If You find this suggestion valuable, please join through my referral link in my Signature. This way, I'd love to see You earn more then with SEDO. :D

I barely get a click on Sedo myself. I'll give parked.com a try. Thanks for the note

I haven't tried parked, but sedo is HORRIBLE
you rarely get clicks (odd) and the times you do they're always $.02 (I haven't gotten any worth more)
What a rip off, if you ask me.

Well, it kind of sucks, you need more then 10 sites to do the Parked.com thing. I only have 6 websites, I just want to park two of them.

I have done ok in past with the odd name at Parked which paid well but I do find Sedo is more consistant but I really think parking has gone downhill lately.

Both are worth to be considered. Analize which one will be more profitable for you.

Thanks for the information. I will park some of my domains at Parked to see what the difference is with Sedo.

Erik, You should. It's damn fast. Don't remove domains from SEDO, just add them also to Parked as bulk list and click "edit" on each (open in new tab) and check if keywords are good. Then and change DNS for a while to test it.
Anyway, people, You don't need 10 domains, You just add >10 domains and You're in. Who cares how many sites You'll change DNS.

Call me a cynic but have you not created this thread just to attract clicks through the affiliate link in your signature?
Either way, the one thing I would say on the Parked vs Sedo debate is that you don't have to pay Sedo the minimum commission fee on domain sales if your domains are parked with them. So you need to weigh up whether it's actually going to make you more money if you get a few more cents through clicks on Parked compared to quite a few dollars saved by parking with Sedo if your domain sells...

Yes. I'm a sigwhore.
And You're liar, SEDO has commision 10% minimum 50$. People don't pay for listing but for selling.
Anyway, Sedo parking sux. Few more cents?
Have You ever had domain with expensive keywords, type-in and maybe some SE traffic parked?
My domains with keyword trade makes much more then at SEDO, earning me monthly some nice cash. OfTrade.com and DowTrade.com makes me each 35-50$ a month from very small traffic.
With Sedo, they made few $ a month.
Why would I park domains I don't want to sell at Sedo? Ok, there's my referral link at SIG. But why not? I have provided people with my personal knowledge about their parking and this might help plenty of people earn more.
Go promote rip-off Sedo d0...y kong. "Best" about Sedo is that plenty of people parking at Sedo with high earnings recieved message that their clicks doesn't make sales for advertisers so DOMAIN OWNER is guilty and money are forfeit. This way some people lost up to 2000$ acoording to many threads I've read.

And You're liar
Do me a favour and think about what you're saying. Click on the link in my second post - that's what I said about Sedo. I didn't say that every single person will make more money by parking every single domain with Sedo - I simply said that you need to decide for yourself what will make more money, earning more through parking your domains at Parked or spending less on sales commission by parking at Sedo.
At least read my message properly if you're going to respond like that.

........ debate is that you don't have to pay Sedo the minimum commission fee on domain sales if your domains are parked with them.
So what does "minimum commision fee" mean at SEDO, if everyone must park their domains there?
Everybody MUST park domains listed for sale, so WHO DOES PAY MINIMAL COMMISION?
You are lair. Thats all.

Are you having trouble understanding basic English?
You don't have to park your domains with Sedo to sell them, but if you choose to then you don't have to pay the minimum commission fee.
From sedo.com: "Park your domain with Sedo and pay no minimum commission fee with almost all TLDs for members in most countries!"

If your domains are doing well at sedo they would do better @ parked.com. It is more customizable and a better option.

Not necessarily true. Different feed = different results. I feel like Sedo is more for less-experienced domain parkers, but sometimes their PPC is higher depending on the traffic/keywords.

www.parked.com sucks!
When you wanna use it, you need at least 10 domains.
Otherwise you cant become a member.
Strange way of doing business.
By the way, they are situated in the Cayman Islands.
Many fraud companies really like the Cayman Islands, because of their law.
If you have blackmoney, go to the Cayman Island and they will help you out.

Hi fka200,
Parkingpanel has come up with a new feed. Have you tried parking domains with them of late? How has it been?

I migrated 100 domain names from Sedo.com to Parked.com and earn more using the Parked.com program. This does not conclude that Parked.com is better, just that it performs better for me. I have not optimized the keywords or templates, so I expect to do better soon. Give them both a try and compare.

100 domains works better for You, 80 domains works better for me and everyone who left Sedo and joined parked, namedrive or had good domains to be able to join fabulous is happy with much higher earnings.
Sedo is just suggested by people that think that other companies only offers similar earnings. But if I see Sedo landing page, I understand why I didn't make almost any clicks.
I'm going to vomit whenever I hear about sedoparking.

I switched from Sedo to Parked last Monday, it was an easy transition. I have already been making higher returns, although not as much as I was hoping for. I am still trying to optimize each domain; some of them came up with weird keywords and templates. But, I do like the templates at Parked better; I think they will help pull the clicks better. I am surprised I haven't received an email from Sedo asking why I moved my domains, since I moved over 600 domains I thought they might notice. I guess not.

Gossimer -> 600 domains left and they don't care - that's exactly what Sedo is. They think their position on market will stay forever (same as Microsoft) so they don't need to care for customers.
Why should those customers make them money.
To Parked.com, they put keywords from domain name, and yes sometimes they don't recognise good keywords and some domains are pure keywords.
Playing with templates helps alot, especially saving some decent blue or so template and give it to any domain that has that awful blue-red/orange-limegreen combination (for example wwwguil.com (http://www.wwwguil.com))
CTR will go up when You tune it :)

1. Cayman - no taxes?
2. 10 domains are for Parked to get clue what Your portfolio is to approve You to keep good quality of domains & type-in traffic to get feed advertisers satisfied and keep HIGH REVENUE.
3. Only thing that measures money is AMOUNT so black money = same quality money (as legal money).

Sedo is just horrible & cheater's. I had an excellent domain name which was having around 130Euro earning in sedo & they simply closed it because it was earning me too much. It was purely a typographical traffic generated. The main site was with xyz extension where as I had same domain with .com. Sedo did paid me 50$ generated from same domain in previous month( in which only half month was counted) & in month of June I did earned 130Euro from the same domain & sedo blocked my account.
They just suck.

I have a little over 210 domains at Parked.com right now - it's the only parking program where I actually get visits. They have the best SEO options, by far. SEDO's only worth, in my opinion, is to park international domain names, since no other parking service correctly displays foreign accented characters like they do. Beyond that, SEDO's traffic and payoff are horrible.

I have been parked at google adsense and ran accross this thread. Parked.com looks pretty good. I am thinking of giving it a try based on the posts.
