50$ Homepage design contest

Please download the attachment below to get a clear idea on how the homepage should look like.

Colors to be used :blue,white,dark blue,violet.

After .psd is over please post a image.you can include sample watermark but not your company name or user name on the design.

Payment will be made via paypal.

TO MAKE IT CLEAR THIS CONTEST IS FOR A UNCODED HOME PAGE DESIGN

Some changes:
"Links on the left side"

Join GSLA (No need of !)

Insurance & Risk Management (Make it one link)

Conference & Event Schedule (Make it one link)

Bring "Useful other links" from the top to left side and place down "Careers at GSLA"

Links on the right side

(Above must be in bold letters)

Make the top links in page move a little right and "HOME link" should start from above the "News update image" like in badmasketa's design.

And for flash banner give little more space.
